Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Bird Cherry Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • ½ cup of wheat flour
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder

Method:

  1. Bird Cherry Flour should be combined with sour cream. Allow the mixture to cool in the refrigerator for two hours.
  2. Beat up eggs along with the sugar. Add in the combo that is now chilled.
  3. Mix wheat flour and baking powder, then blend thoroughly.
  4. Bake at a temperature of 180°C (356°F) for 45 minutes.
  5. Divide in half, garnish with sour cream, and allow to rest for 8 - 12 hours.
